We aim to make the scholarship process faster, easier, and more accessible — but it's important to understand how our service works.
By accessing or using the Awarded app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. What We Do — and Don't Do
Awarded aggregates and curates publicly available scholarship opportunities, sweepstakes, and cash awards offered by third-party organizations, including nonprofits, companies, brands, and scholarship platforms. We:
Do not fund or run most awards unless explicitly stated.
Are not affiliated with any scholarship provider unless we clearly say so.
Do not process or handle funds related to third-party awards.
We simply redirect users to external applications or provider websites. You are responsible for reading the terms and eligibility requirements of each opportunity before applying.
3. When We Run Our Own Awards
From time to time, Paced Studios LLC may sponsor its own scholarships or giveaways ("Awarded Originals"). These will be:
Clearly marked as hosted by Awarded or Paced Studios LLC.
Subject to specific rules, deadlines, eligibility requirements, and disclaimers.
Funded by us, and only paid out if minimum entry criteria are met, which will be disclosed upfront.
We do not guarantee payout of any Awarded Original unless those terms are satisfied. Entry does not automatically entitle any user to a reward.

To use Awarded, you must:
Be at least 13 years old. If under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
Provide accurate personal information when creating a profile.
Use the service only for lawful purposes.
5. Subscription & Premium Access
Awarded offers a freemium model:
Free users can browse and apply to a limited number of awards weekly.
Premium users gain access to additional features, such as unlimited entries, autofill, wallet tracking, and early alerts.
Subscription details and pricing are disclosed in-app and are subject to change. Cancel anytime via your App Store or Play Store settings.
6. No Guarantees
Awarded provides access to real opportunities but does not guarantee that you will receive any scholarship, award, or payment. Final decisions are always made by the original providers. We are not liable for:
Missed deadlines
Provider errors or disqualifications
Misrepresentation by third-party providers
Payment processing delays or disputes
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, visuals, trademarks, and software on Awarded are the property of Paced Studios LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the service without permission.
